Anyone can purchase InferCabulary as long as they pay for 5 licenses.
We have several private practice clients who do this. We also have families who are willing to pay the $70 per year (that's the cost of 5 licenses @ $14 each).
We also recommend that homeschoolers check with their local Co-op or Facebook groups to see if other families want to share a set of licenses.
