Can’t Connect to GoTo Webinar

Troubleshooting Tips: 

  • Check to see if the device is compatible to the GoTo platform. Click here for the link.
  • Check to make sure your internet connection is strong. 
  • Make sure your computer’s anti-virus software is not blocking the connection. 
  • If you are on a district/school-issued device, make sure the firewalls and security settings are not blocking the connection. If so, you will need to contact your IT Department and request that they whitelist GoTo Webinar. 
  • Use an alternate device or browser (Google Chrome & Microsoft Edge are recommended.) 
  • Clear your browsing history and cache files. 
  • Try using the GoTo mobile app.
