How can my customer pay by credit card?

Credit Card Payment Policy & Instructions

To ensure security and streamline our process, we do not accept credit card payments over the phone. This method is not secure, and we do not have the staffing capacity to support it. Only two employees are authorized to process payments, and orders must be entered into QuickBooks before any payment can be applied. We are unable to do this without a confirmed payment.

 

How to Handle Credit Card Payment Requests:

      Domestic & Canadian Customers:
      Direct customers to place their order and pay with a credit card on our website.

       If a customer wants to pay for a quote with a credit card:
       They will need to manually add the quoted items to their cart on our website and check out using their credit card.

       International Customers (excluding Canada):
       Once our Order Processing Team manually enters the order into QuickBooks, the customer will receive a PayPal link to complete payment.

       If a customer’s card isn’t working online:
       Submit a ticket to Customer Intake for assistance with troubleshooting.
