Updates, such as email address changes, new student enrollments, or educators, made in the SIS (school information system) will sync with ClassLink first. Depending on when the change was made (data syncs with a ClassLink server at scheduled times during the day) it may not have been completed prior to syncing with our system.
We sync once daily at 2:00 am EST. Often it can take up to 48 hours before that information will be available in RGR.
We recommend once verifying the information is correct in your SIS (school information system) to check that the information has been updated in ClassLink. We can only view the data sent to us as it becomes available in our ClassLink portal for your district.
