I can't hear the Really Great Reading Webinar in GoTo Webinar.

1. On the GoTo Webinar Control Panel, select your desired choice of audio. If you are not able to see the Control Panel, click the top red arrow. 

2. Check your device's volume and sound settings.
3.  You could have a bad connection. Toggle once between the Use Telephone and the Mic 

and Speaker options. 

4. Do you have the correct audio option selected? You cannot use the Mic and Speakers 

option when you have Use Telephone selected.
