How to complete the last course in the virtual implementation training series if it opens up in a pop-up window:
Please follow the directions provided on the very last slide of the training module, titled What's Next?, in order to complete the final course. The directions are also listed below.
"To complete this course, close out of this window and click the icon."
1. After the time bar reaches its end, close out of the pop-up window.
2. Click the small book icon in the upper right corner (pictured above)
3. The course will then complete and you will be automatically issued a certificate of completion.
