On August 1st every year, the Grouping Matrix resets for the new school year. It may look like the students and their data have disappeared, but they have only been archived.
The Administrator/Specialist will need to use the year-to-year transition process to move the students into the next grade level. Upgrading the school account, including students and teachers, is an easy 3-step process.
