Information that needs to be included in the Quotes Notes OR on the Submission Ticket in the ‘Ticket description” box:
- Where should the licenses be allocated to? District Dashboard or School Level.
- If District Dashboard – District Budget Administrator name and email address
- If School Level – then a list of School Level Administrator names and email addresses need to be included or attached to the submission ticket.
- If there are multiple budgets for the renewal (Gen Ed, SPEC, Title 1, etc.) Subscriptions team needs to know the budget name and District Budget Administrator's name and email address.
- If a district with many budgets already needs a new budget, the Subscriptions team will need the specific name of the budget ( Special Education, Title One, etc)
- If a public school district is ordering for a private school, Subscriptions team needs to know where the digital components need to be uploaded- Name of School and school-level administrator name and email address.
- In the SPRING- Many schools order classroom set-ups in the Spring and want to use them immediately, but some want to wait until the new school year. The Subscriptions team needs to know whether to allocate the licenses immediately or hold them for the new school year.
- If an order comes in for a Catholic school, please also list the Diocese that the school is connected to.
