To reassign a former educator's subscriptions to a new educator you need to add your new educator to your dashboard. Select the Educator tab on the left and click on the "Add New Educator" tab on the top right and follow the prompts.
Once your new educator has been added, please select the School Licenses page, uncheck the box next to your teacher that is currently assigned, and check the box next to your new educator. This step can be performed for subscriptions and trainings.
To transfer the Reading Playgrounds/classes, please select Classes on the left. Next, select Edit listed under Actions.
Please select the correct educator from the drop-down menu as well as edit the class name if needed. Please select the green Save button when completed to save your changes.
After assigning your new educator, an email will be sent within 15 minutes with login instructions.
