Clever districts may enter a period known as sync pause, where no new data is being shared with us in Clever, or they may pause syncing ALL data with our application. ClassLink rostered districts may disable their connection with us or enter black out dates. The existing classes and educators from the school year will be shared with our application and the accounts will be considered active until the end of June for each year during a sync pause or black out dates.
Educators being shared with our application after 7/01/24, will not have access to RGR unless they have been assigned a license for the new school year.
Additionally, classes are rostered by school years. When the school year has ended, typically that class is archived along with the students enrolled in it.
